Cifyq Feedback is a customer feedback tool currently offered as a pilot. This notice describes what the application collects and how it uses that information.

Your account

We use your name and email address to provide sign-in links and maintain your account. Authentication uses a session cookie. Sign-in and request records help prevent abuse.

Feedback you share

Your name, suggestions, comments and votes are used to operate product boards. Suggestions and comments on a public board can be read by anyone with the link. Your email address is not shown on public boards. Workspace owners can moderate content. Private boards are limited to authorized workspace members.

Email and payments

Sign-in messages are needed to access your account. Product update emails are optional: use “Stop email updates” on the board after signing in to unsubscribe. When paid subscriptions are available, Stripe processes payment details. We do not store card numbers. Production email is delivered through Resend when configured.

Data and requests

Account and product data is stored in the service’s PostgreSQL database. We retain data while needed to operate your account and meet applicable obligations. To request an account or data deletion or an export, contact support. Board owners may retain information they separately exported or copied.

Before you post

Do not include passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information in a suggestion or comment. This application does not use advertising trackers.
