Cifyq Feedback helps product teams collect suggestions, share plans and publish updates. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

Use an email address you control. You retain ownership of content you submit and allow us to store and display it to provide the service. Only submit content you have permission to share. Product owners control their boards and may moderate submissions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful content or attempts to access another workspace’s data. We may restrict access to address abuse or protect the service.

Plans and payment

The pilot includes one public product board and does not require a card. It does not automatically become a paid subscription. Where paid subscriptions are available, the checkout displays the amount and billing period before you agree. You can manage or cancel renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the subscription terms shown there; refunds are handled on request and subject to applicable law.

Product plans and availability

A roadmap communicates intent, not a commitment to a delivery date. The pilot may change as we learn from users. Keep a separate copy of information you need for critical business operations. Features and usage allowances are described on the pricing page.
